One slide and one email,
exactly as issued.
Both come from the Capability 5 pack, Behavior and Culture Shaping. Nothing here is a mock-up, and the placeholders in curly brackets are filled from the programme record when a pack is issued.
The working slide
The facilitator runs the room from this page. It states the protocol in five steps, the platform activity it belongs to, and the one sentence the room should leave with.

Capability 5 Behavior and Culture Playbook, slide 8 of 21.
The email that follows it
The last of the twelve emails in the pack. It goes to the managers and champions of the first wave, ten days before their briefing.
Subject: {Programme}: how to respond to an override, briefing on {Briefing Date}
Hello {Name},
The first time one of your people overrides the AI sets the tone for everyone. If it is met with doubt, the override dignity protocol is already dead. If it is met with curiosity, you have a source of model improvement.
On {Briefing Date}, {Start Time} to {End Time}, we will brief you on the protocol and practise the response: ask "what did the AI miss", never "why did you not follow it", thank the person, and pass the reason on for model quality review.
Please also tell us what you see on the floor, including where people work around the system. We would rather fix the screen flow than manage the people.
Thank you,
{Culture Lead}
Capability 5 Communications Kit, email 12 of 12. Twelve emails run from W-25 to W+20, where W is the workshop day.
What to notice
The full packs are issued with a programme record. Back to the library or read about Capability 5.
