Your agreement is with Evolevant LLC. The warranty disclaimer and liability limitation below are given by Evolevant LLC, the same party that contracts. The published version disclaimed in a different name from the one that contracted, which left the operating company undefended.
Intellectual property
AI Change Loop and Enterprise Architecture Diagnostic are trademarks of Raheel Malik, held personally. The framework, the instruments, the calibration engine and the scoring method are proprietary. Your programme data is yours.
What the instrument does
It measures structural readiness at a point in time across six architecture layers, and it governs that measurement through recorded gate decisions.
What the instrument does not do
It does not predict programme outcomes. It attaches no probability, no forecast and no guaranteed result to any reading. It does not score individual people. No output should be treated as regulated, legal, medical or financial advice.
Report currency
A report is a point-in-time artifact. The platform record is live and recomputes. Where a report and the platform differ, the report is the record of what was said on the day and the platform is the current reading. Neither is wrong. Every report carries its issue date and the scoring engine version in force.
The assistant
The public assistant answers from published doctrine and has no access to any programme record. It declines base weights, the sector calibration matrix and index formulas by design. Confidential or personal information should not be entered into it.
Publications
Purchases are processed by the storefront as merchant of record. Delivered files carry buyer identity stamped into the document. Redistribution is not permitted.
Acceptable use
No attempt to derive the calibration matrix, the base weights or the index formulas. No use of any output to make an employment decision about a named individual.
Warranty disclaimer
Given by Evolevant LLC. The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
Given by Evolevant LLC, capped as stated at publication.
